We are a European workforce management specialist. Since the early 1990s we have built, implemented and supported one thing: software that gets complex working time right — the calculations, the agreements, the exceptions, and the processes that have to follow from them.
Today ERA supports organisations across Europe, from lean office teams to multi-site operations. Labour law has changed, work has gone hybrid, and customers' needs have evolved. What has not changed is the focus: accurate calculations, structured processes, and data that works in the real world.
