No — the MyERA app is enough, from any phone or browser. If you prefer badge clocking at the door, add one of ERA's own terminals: we build those too.

You upgrade to full ERA — shift planning, access control, task tracking, your collective agreement calculated rule by rule. Same engine, same data, same app your people already use. No migration, ever.

We decide together whether it fits

ERA Essential is not something you sign up for on your own. We go through how your people actually work — the hours, the overtime, the absences — and we agree together whether the Essential edition covers it.

If it fits, it is ready.

If it does, you get the whole platform without the configuration project. If it doesn't, we say so plainly and show you full ERA instead.

Putting an organisation into a setup that cannot hold its rules helps nobody, and we would rather tell you before than after.

Is ERA Essential a different product?

No. It is the same platform, pre-configured. The software, the calculation engine, the app and the terminals are identical to what our largest customers run. What differs is that the setup is ready-made instead of built around you.

How do we know it fits us?

That is what the first conversation is for. Fixed hours and ordinary overtime and absence rules point to ERA Essential. Rotating shifts, agreements that vary from one group to another, or calculations built to your own rules mean full ERA — and we will tell you which one you need.

Does a simpler setup mean weaker compliance?

No. Digital registration, a complete unalterable history and export on demand are built in and identical in both editions. The law does not scale with the size of the team, and neither does ERA.
